I finally did 40 push ups in a row i did it in 1 minute and 33.7 seconds it wasent as hard as i thought it was going to be. My first attempt of doing 40 push ups in a row i did 17 then started 25 then started to get winded a bit then i ended up stopping at 32. I thought to myself that i need to condition more so i Started lifting a 50 dumb bell for a couple of minutes a day for a week. The pushuphas been around for a very long time it is used as a work out and to gain musle and its used in training for just about every sport and used as a punishedment in the military. To do 40 pushups in row i have to eat alot healthyer i should turn my diet in to more protien like more meat and milk so i can gain more musle so it will be easyer for me to do 40 pushups. To get to 40 pushups in a row i have to do them right because if i do 1 wrong it will not count and i will have to start over and that would be just a waste of time and effort. My goal is to do 40 pushups in a row maybe even under a minute. But to do this im going to have to condition and get in shape by doing sit ups pushups and running. |
